Anxiety Disorder

Description of the Diagnosis/Issue

Anxiety can manifest in various forms such as Panic Attacks, Separation Anxiety, specific Phobias, and Selective Mutism in Children. However it is best explained as Excessive Worry over future or past events that are not under an individual’s control. An example is that one will fail a test that they have not taken yet or that they failed after they completed the exam with no proof that the event will happen. Additionally, there is no rationale for this level of Anxiety because this is the person’s favorite subject and they never failed an exam in said subject.
