Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a relatively short-term method of talk therapy that focuses on the Client’s actions and the way they think. CBT is a problem-focused, collaborative, and goal-oriented therapeutic construct that can be a useful instrument for both Mental Health and Physical ailments that is widely used to treat Anxiety and Depression. The Clinician examines one’s feelings and negative thought patterns and how it impacts the Clients behavior resulting in the manifestation of a wide range of disorders including, but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, and Phobias.
